¼ cup oats
½ c Almond Milk
1/4 c. Unsweetened Organic Apple Sauce
½ apple-diced
1 tsp. chia seeds
½ tsp. cinnamon
Mix ingredients in a jar (or other airtight container). Seal and stick in refrigerator over night or at least 3 hours. Enjoy. To sweeten, add agave or honey.
