Post-workout Protein Smoothie Bowl

postWORKsmoothiebowl 1 frozen banana
handful of spinach
1/2 blueberries
¼ cup frozen mango
1 Tbs peanut butter
½ scoop French vanilla Vega Protein powder
1/2-1/4 cup almond milk


top with:
ground flax-seed
goji berries
slivered almonds
PB melted with a splash of coconut oil
